Prior to agency life, Mandi was often the sole member of sales focused marketing teams, working closely with sales and account management teams to drive acquisition, growth and retention.
Mandi’s industry knowledge includes tourism, home entertainment, professional and advisory services, defence, learning and development, health and medical devices, hospitality, telecommunications, human resources, business improvement and real estate.
In her previous role, she managed the award winning 7 Days in Sydney campaign for Tourism NSW, an integrated social media campaign that required content generation, video production, talent management and community management.
